Fee Structure and Payment: |
The distribution of the seats available under General Admission Process as prescribed in rule amongst the various backward class candidates from Maharashtra State are as per the details given in the table below. Backward class candidates shall claim the category to which they belong at the time of application. |
| a) Fee structure will be as per the rules of the Directorate of Technical Education, M. S. |

b) The details of current fees & deposit structure for various facilities like laboratory, pilot plant, library etc and payment schedule thereof will be displayed on the Institute Notice Board.

| Mode of payment of fees: The candidate who has been offered a seat in any DMTT, DMTC or DKT course shall pay the prescribed tuition fees, development fees and other fees in the form of D.D. of Nationalized bank valid for minimum six month in favour of the Principal, Sasmira. No other mode of payment will be accepted. The admission shall be confirmed only after the payment of fees. •All the candidates who are eligible for fee concession should produce documentary evidence issued by appropriate authority at the time of admission. |

| Refund of Deposits: Only a student who has left the Institute permanently is entitled to apply for refund. A student who desires to appear for an examination as an ex-student will not be deemed to have left the Institute. While claiming the refund of deposit the candidate shall produce the original stamped receipt without which deposit will not be refunded. Further, the claim of refund shall be made within 1 year from the date of completition of the course. After this period the claim will lapse. |
Cancellation of Admission & Refund of Fees: Refund of tuition fee, development and other fees after cancellation of admission, shall be as per the AICTE guidelines No. AICTE/Legal/04(01)/2007, April 2007 and circula No. 698 dtd 24/08/2007 issued by Pravesh Niyantran Samity, Mumbai.

| Merit Awards and Scholarships: |
| Sasmira has instituted various merit awards/scholarships and freeships for the benefit of the students. Presently there are 3 Nos. of merit awards,11 no of merit scholarships and 13 No. of freeships. In addition to these, stipends and freeships to the wards of primary teachers, backward class freeships, concession to the children of freedom fighters etc are also awarded. |
