PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION IN SASMIRA (SETP)
1)
Collect Application Form from SETP Office
(2 stFloor).
2)
Submit following documents with application
form
?
2Attested/True copies
of S.S.C., H.S.C., Graduation, Diploma or any other certificates
/Marksheets
?
Original mark sheets or certificates for verification
?
2 Colour photos- passport size.
?
1 Local Mumbai address proof ? like Electricity
Bill, Aadhar Card, Driving licenses etc.
?
Date of Birth proof ? like Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Living Certificate, Driving
Licenses, Passport, Birth Certificate etc.
3)
Submit the duly filled application form with above documents in
SASMIRA-SETP office & collect Bank Pay-in-slip
for fee payment.
4)
Deposit the payment at Allahabad Bank, Worli Branch by CASH/DD
using the Bank Pay-in-slip.
5)
Bank will give you stamped counter-foil of the slip
which should be brought back to SETP office to collect the
payment receipt issued by SASMIRA. via E mail.
6)
