SAMIRA’s
Computer aided Design Centre at Bhiwandi is equipped
with eight systems along with support equipment like
printers, plotters and scanner. These systems are capable
of designing woven fabrics [both Dobby and Jacquard]
as well as printing designs. The centre is also equipped
with internet facility for transfer of designs.
The
centre offers following facilities:
- Design
services for Dobby, Jacquard and print designs including
fabric simulation and 3D mapping.
- Computer
Education in CAD for Students and Designers.
- Information
services for those desirous for setting up CAD systems.
- Arranging
demonstration of software for industry .
